Mohd. Firoz Ali

I was born and brought up in a small town called Khatima which is located in the beautiful Indian state Uttarakhand on 15 August, 1991 . The schooling years of my life were excellent. I learned a lot in my studies. The standardized procedure of education interested me a lot.

I was more than an average student throughout my academic life. Extra-curricular activities like singing, drawing, crafts, music etc. were my favorite things.

I just remember that it was the second semester of 9th grade when I stood first in class, and it served as a big purpose in motivating me to take up studies seriously. I enjoyed understanding the concepts more than just memorizing ready-made notes.

After successful completion of my schooling and college in science stream, I decided to fulfill my childhood dream of becoming a computer engineer. This desire brought me to New Zealand where I studied Information and Technology (Networking and Administration) and given a few IT Exams later, I was honored with the titles of Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) & Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA).

It was a weird decision taken by me at that time. Though I struggled a lot after coming to New Zealand but today however, I don’t regret it at all.

My career in Computer Engineering began smoothly and I was more than happy to grab the right opportunity for which I was waiting so long. Today, I am happy with my life and enjoy it to the fullest.

The positive attitude to face hardships, my parents’ blessings and my brothers support brought out the best in me. Today I am working as an IT Professional for a New Zealand based IT Company and looking forward to facing the challenges of life in a positive manner.
